Your kind of updates.
Local living, retirement options, care planning or moving. Choose what interests you.
We’re preparing a fortnightly Coast Living Guide update with fresh local ideas and practical information. Join the list for its launch, without asking for a phone call.
One-off questions and ongoing updates are separate choices. You can change your mind any time.
Local aged-care experience
Would it help to speak with a local nurse?
We can help put you in touch with a nurse working in aged care on the Central Coast. She has experience in nursing homes and now works in home care.
Ask about an introductionWhen you have a question
A real person.
A useful next step.
Ask a question about living, care or moving on the Coast. Ben Bedford will respond using the contact method you choose.
Property help, if you want it.Choose “Property help” for valuing, preparing or selling a home, or an agent introduction. We’ll explain the agency and any relevant referral payment before you proceed.
An enquiry does not commit you to move, choose a provider or sell. For official care routes and urgent next steps, start with these public services.
Do I need to be moving or looking for care?
No. The guide is also for enjoying life on the Coast, finding useful local information and planning ahead. You can read and use the tools without making an enquiry.
Can I receive updates without a phone call?
Yes. Use the separate updates signup and choose the topics you want. A newsletter signup does not request a callback or property help. We are preparing the newsletter; signing up now saves your preferences for its launch.
Can I help a parent if I live elsewhere?
Yes. Use your own contact details when asking a question. You can optionally tell us your parent’s Central Coast suburb. Involve your parent where possible, and leave out medical records and detailed financial information.
Can you put us in touch with a local nurse?
Yes. We can help with an introduction to a nurse working in aged care on the Central Coast. She has nursing-home experience and now works in home care. Ben will speak with you first, explain the proposed introduction and ask before sharing your details. It does not book care or promise a clinical consultation.
Can I ask about valuing or selling a home?
Yes. Choose “Property help” in the enquiry form. Ben can explain direct property help or an introduction to another agent, depending on your request. The agent, licensed agency and any relevant commercial relationship will be identified before you proceed.
Are the guides and tools free?
Yes. Reading, using the worksheets and making an initial enquiry are free. Any later paid service will be explained before you agree to it.
Who runs the guide, and how does it earn money?
Coast Living Guide is BlueLynk’s consumer brand, run by Ben Bedford. It is a commercial information and enquiry service. Requested property work can earn agency commission or an agent referral fee. Any relevant paid introduction will be explained before you agree. Ben is currently a licensed real estate agent with Ray White; this is a separate project, not an official Ray White website.
